Suppliers
VFT conducts all commercial activities with suppliers based on the principles of integrity. Both parties are prohibited from directly or indirectly offering, promising, requesting, or accepting any improper benefits, engaging in any unethical, unlawful, or improper conduct, or using insider information acquired through their positions for false representations or unfair transactions. These measures are in place to protect the legal rights and interests of both parties.
Stakeholder Feedback and Complaint Service Window
To protect the rights and interests of all stakeholders, VFT has established relevant codes of conduct, whistleblowing mechanisms, and procedures. For reports of illegal, unethical, or dishonest conduct (including corruption), internal or external parties may provide specific and investigable information such as the name of the accused and supporting evidence to report or file a complaint with the designated unit at VFT.
- Required Information for Whistleblowing:
- The whistleblower's name, national identification number (anonymous reports are also accepted), and contact information (address, phone number, and/or email address).
- The accused party's name or other identifiable information.
- Specific evidence available for investigation, such as the date and detailed description of the incident.
