Greenhouse Gas Reduction, Water Conservation, and Waste Management Policy for Year 114

I. Objective:

Global climate change has become one of the most pressing environmental issues. In order to effectively implement and fulfill our corporate social responsibility, VFTis committed to promoting various energy-saving and carbon reduction policies. These include improving energy efficiency, reducing greenhouse gas emissions, conserving water, and minimizing waste. We have established clear divisions of responsibility to ensure effective management.

II. Implementation Measures:

Office Energy-Saving Measures:
1. Adjust air conditioning system operations seasonally and set indoor temperature at 25°C to reduce electricity load.
2. Continue replacing old air conditioners with inverter-type models to improve office environment quality and reduce energy consumption.
3. Upgrade office lighting to energy-efficient fixtures and encourage the habit of turning off lights when not in use to lower heat emissions and save energy.
Water Conservation Measures:
1. Install water-saving devices and faucets to effectively reduce unnecessary water waste.
2. Record daily water meter readings; promptly repair any reported leaks to maintain water quality and prevent waste.
Other Measures:
1. Promote digital document management systems to reduce paper usage and increase the use of recycled paper.
2. Enforce strict waste separation and recycling of metal cans, glass bottles, paper waste, and PET bottles. Waste management and recycling are handled by trained professionals.We will continue to pursue policies focused on energy conservation, carbon reduction, and greenhouse gas mitigation.

III. Environmental Management Certification:

To strengthen corporate governance and enhance quality management, VFT has obtained ISO 9001 certification. We are committed to continuous improvement and acquiring international quality management system certifications to further elevate our operational and management standards.
